My biggest passion is spreading joy through creativity. I believe when we are joyful we are happy and present, which leads to kind and caring energy. 

Ever since I can remember, I have been creating. I like to say that creativity has been my most stable companion. I’ve danced my way through sadness and sung out my happiness. 

As a kid, I loved performing. I was always singing around the house and making up stories. During high school, I started playing guitar. It was life-changing. Suddenly, I had the ability to create my own music. I could sing my favorite tunes and express myself freely in original songs. 

Throughout my life, I’ve turned to creativity as an outlet. Creativity allows me to be who I am. There is safety and space to express myself without walls or limitations. 

All of this experience leads me to where I am today, helping adults connect with their inner child and heal through creativity.

Creative expression is a space of endless possibilities. I speak my truth through singing, dancing, moving, painting, handlettering, writing, and play.
