Balance, Boundaries, and Beliefs.

Find your way back to yourself. Create what your heart desires.

Feeling burnt out and overwhelmed by life?

You’ve come to the right place.

You’re not alone.

In the hustle and bustle of modern-day life, it's easy to lose sight of your true potential. As you navigate various challenges, juggling professional responsibilities, home life, relationships, personal growth, and self-care, it's natural to feel overwhelmed or even lost at times.

It doesn’t have to be this way.

As a creativity coach, I’m here to help you move through life’s challenges and creative blocks so you can accomplish your goals, share your true authentic self with the world, and feel your best.

You can have it all.

Creativity exists within each and every one of us, and it often holds the key to our inner freedom. You see, if you can learn to trust yourself (your heart, mind, and soul), you can transform your life.

One of the most beautiful things about creative expression is the life lessons that come forth through the creative process. Some people even liken creativity coaching to life coaching. You see, how you relate to your creativity, is likely how you relate to other areas of your life. If you put off time to play and create, you’re likely putting off other activities that bring you joy and peace of mind.

Whether you are looking for support on a creative project, have a desire to bring an idea to life, or simply want to explore life’s challenges; I am here to walk with you along the way.

1:1 coaching is a chance to get individualized support on finding your way back to yourself and creating what you desire. During our 3 months together, you’ll learn to shift your balance, boundaries, and beliefs aka- let go of mental blocks, create healthy habits, take small actions that add up, and tune into your true authentic self inside. Together we will play, explore, learn, and transform allowing for a renewed connection with your inner child and creative flow!

“coaching takes you from where you are to where you want to be” — Nancy Levin

Love from past clients:

I have written most of my life, and have had a hard time focusing long enough to get across the message that I want to get out. The exercises that Natalie and I have done enabled me to discover new avenues for my writing. While doing guided meditation, memories were released that had long been buried, exposing a whole new twist to my "story." Natalie also encouraged me to go easy on myself, and break things down into small tasks, which in turn builds the confidence to keep going. I am very grateful to have been coached by Natalie and will recommend her services to anyone seeking inspiration. — Douglas, Business Development Manager

My coaching sessions with Natalie came about at just the right time. Natalie guided me in rediscovering the joy and excitement of PLAY and the notion of being deserving of time spent creating and enjoying the result. The exercises that we opened each session with were very effective at helping me shift gears and let go of everyday tasks and flow into creativity. I am very grateful to have benefitted from my time with Natalie. Everyone's experience will be different, but certainly excellent. Natalie is a master.

 FAQs

  • There are a few ways to answer this. The simplest is to say coaches support while therapists diagnose. Prior to becoming a coach I was debating if becoming an Art Therapist was the path for me. I ultimately chose coaching because I feel that it is a more human experience. Coaching has a similar feel to two friends talking. There is space for me to share because it may offer something to you. As someone who has worked with therapists and coaches, I would say that therapy is about being heard, diagnosed and healing from the past; whereas coaching is about being heard, supported, and pushed towards your dreams and goals.

Therapy: treatment intended to relieve or heal a disorder.
Coaching: To help a person change in the way they wish and helping them go in the direction they want to go.

definitions from oxford languages and international coaching community

  • What makes me different from other coaches is that I use creative outlets as a way to heal and work through life’s challenges. I see creativity as a safe space to self-express and I am passionate about using creativity as a tool for speaking the truth. The experience of making something isn’t always about liking the outcome, but rather what we get for ourselves out of the process.

  • The main requirement for coaching is that you show up authentically. It’s the only way you’ll get the results you desire. The first step is saying yes to yourself, the next challenge is staying committed to showing up and doing the work. There might be challenging conversations ahead. Trust that I am here for you and know that you can share your truth with me.

  • My clients are my priority. During the course of our time together, you’ll have access to me both during and outside of our call times. This means your growth, development, and healing is bigger than our calls. I’ll walk alongside you as you put the learnings into practice. Whatever you put in you will get out. Show up with 100% commitment to yourself and what you’re out to accomplish, and you’ll see a return of 100%.
