Set goals and celebrate the wins!
As a creator and creativity coach, it is important for me to set goals for myself and my business so I can continue to hold myself accountable and practice what I preach. This year I have set an intention to share myself and my creative work with more people in more ways.
We are 4 months into 2022 and so far I have been able to celebrate 3 accomplishments!
1. My original art was featured in a Zine publication from the North Star Fund.
2. I helped write an original song called “Right on Time”. (Read more about it here)
3. I was interviewed by Subkit for their Entrepreneur Stories series.
Every day I wake up feeling so grateful and fortunate that I am able to do what I love every single day. Creativity is my safe place and it feels good to be able to share myself and my truth with a variety of new people in new spaces.
On top of all this, I am enjoying getting to know and support others on their own creative journey. I love to see how creative expression allows each of us to explore our inner worlds and play. We are all unique individuals. You have your own way of expressing yourself. What connects us as humans is our desire to be seen, heard, and valued. When you let go of “it” needing to look a certain way, you free yourself and open up new spaces; spaces to love yourself, share yourself, and be yourself.
