December Art Hour: End of Year Reflections
Before we welcome in the new year, let’s pause for a moment and reflect on the year that is coming to a close.
During our time together we will reflect on the following questions:
What would you like to release from 2021?
What do you want to hold onto from 2021?
What do you want to create in 2022?
What do you desire for 2022?
December Art Hour allows you to pause and reflect on the end of the year.
You will leave the evening with a piece of original art that reflects on the year that was and what's to come.
Materials needed:
- plain paper
- markers, crayons, or colored pencils
- a ruler (optional)
- anything else you’d like to create with

How it works: We’ll begin with a short meditation to get grounded and centered. I’ll then lead a creative project using materials you have around the house or are easy to find. Finally, we’ll conclude with an opportunity to share and reflect on the experience.
