Thanksgiving Creative Exercise

What’s the secret to making Thanksgiving more meaningful? Taking time to pause, reflect, and give thanks.

Today I'd like to share with you a creative exercise that you can participate in on your own time or share with family and friends.

Below are 5 prompts for sharing what you are grateful for. I invite you to take time in the coming days to sit and think about each statement. Notice what emotions arise and how you feel in your body. You could write a response for each, draw something for each, or use it as a starting point for sharing at your Thanksgiving gathering. Enjoy!

1. a person you are grateful for
2. an experience you are grateful for
3. a talent you are grateful for
4. a memory you are grateful for
5. a place you are grateful for
