Inspiration is everywhere!

The more open I am to understanding the universe, the more I see inspiration everywhere.

To me, inspiration is about the things in life that spark a fire within; that light me up and show me a path towards being the best version of myself.

All of the items listed below have offered me something at some point in my life. Music is always a go-to support for meeting myself where I’m at. I love throwing on a feel good song and letting myself be free to move and express. The books I’ve shared have lifted me up at different times. Some give me wings when I’m feeling down, others keep me up when I’m clear of my direction. Each of these movies has inspired different parts of myself, and serve as reminders of what’s possible in life. The Netflix shows fill me up, so I’m full of joy to share with others. And lastly, these instagram accounts below speak to me daily. I feel understood, heard, seen, and valued by these various individuals.

I wish the same for you. I hope this post inspires you to go out and find the things that lift you up, and make you feel alive. There is so much beautiful content out there- go find what’s yours.
