Free Journaling Session

Journaling has become a daily practice for me so far this year and I want to share the therapeutic practice with you.

If you are feeling challenging emotions or have a hard time making yourself a priority this is a great opportunity to show up for yourself. Writing is a great way to process your current mindset, move through stress and anxiety, and develop new ideas.

Join me this Sunday 2/13 at 12pm est for a free writing session to process and work through emotions in community. I will lead various journaling prompts and you are also welcome to use the hour as you see fit for you.

This is a safe and sacred space to come together with others and explore your inner world. Sharing will be limited.
